IDALOU'S WILDCATS WERE BRINGING THE WOOD DURING PRACTICE TODAY!

Idalou is one of my favorites to make a long run in the playoffs in 3A DII! As usual, the Wildcats had a spirited and physical practice this afternoon and Coach Lofton kept the energy up all period! Here is their workout from practice today!!
