In a matchup of top-ten teams in 3A DII, #9 Abernathy flexed their muscles in a 33-10 win over #10 Idalou that was. 26-3 at the half. Jess Hoel looked fabulous in the pocket as he threw for three touchdowns for Abernathy on the night. Sean Rodriguez had two interceptions for the Antelopes and Anthony White had a receiving touchdown and a kick return touchdown as well for the 'Lopes!
