6A DII:
1.TASCOSA VS ARLINGTON BOWIE

FRIDAY: 7PM, MEMORIAL STADIUM, WICHITA FALLS, TX
Well, we all know what Tascosa is capable of. Just last year the Rebels were one play away from reaching the 6A DII title game and this season the Rebels have found their footing at the right time once again and should win this game in a close affair. Here is video coverage of Tascosa and Arlington Bowie!

2. MONTEREY VS BIRDVILLE

FRIDAY: 4PM, WILDCAT STADIUM (ACU) ABILENE, TX
Monterey has gotten hot again after they hit a bump in the road during the middle of the season. The Plainsmen have won their last four games and have scored at least 56 points in every one! Their offense and defense will get tested by their next opponent; the Birdville Hawks. The Hawks have had a very tough schedule and have some impressive wins on their resume. Out of all the offenses the Hawks have seen, this one will be the toughest besides Denton Ryan, Monterey can win this game if it gets into a shootout!

3. AMARILLO VS COLLEYVILLE-HERITAGE

FRIDAY 6PM: SHOTWELL STADIUM, ABILENE TEXAS
Amarillo has won eight games in a row! Huge wins over Tascosa, Coronado and Abilene Cooper have the Sandies very confident against any team they see from here on out. Here comes Colleyville-Heritage next and Amarillo should be the favorite in this game!

4. CORONADO VS DENTON RYAN

SATURDAY: 3PM WILDCAT STADIUM (ACU) ABILENE TX
The Mustangs will face a familiar foe this Saturday in Denton Ryan as the Raiders have defeated the Mustangs in the Regional Semifinal and the Regional round the last two years. Sawyer Robertson will be the best player on the field on Saturday, but will that be enough to upend the 3rd-ranked team in the state in 5A? Coronado can play with this team, just can't afford too many mistakes.

5. LUBBOCK-COOPER VS EP BURGES

FRIDAY: 7PM FORT STOCKTON HS, FORT STOCKTON TX
The competition is getting harder from now until the State title game and I feel Lubbock-Cooper is ready for it. In their first playoff game the Pirates' shut out OD Wyatt, 66-0! This game will be a little closer in the first, but the Pirates will pull away in the second half, as usual.

6. RANDALL VS CANUTILLO
FRIDAY:7PM MUSTANG BOWL, ANDREWS TX
I haven't seen too much of either team to be honest but Randall, as a 4 seed, defeated 1 seed Justin Northwest last week at their place . Don't be surprised if Randall handles their business and gets another win to keep their playoff aspirations alive.
4A DI
7. DUMAS VS SEMINOLE

THU: 7PM GREG SHERWOOD STADIUM, PLAINVIEW TX
First off, congrats to Dumas for the big win and advancing to the second round of the playoffs for the first time since 1997! Their win versus WF Hirsch showed their grit and heart as the Huskies controlled almost the entire game until late in third and fourth where the Demons start throwing the football down the field. Folks, Spencer Williams looked sharp all game; not turning the ball over and making the Huskies pay with deep shots and completions. Dumas' defense is also very impressive and everyone rallies to the ball! Seminole comes in after defeating Fabens in their first round games and will pose a serious threat to the Demons, Dumas should pull it out late and then get ready for another huge game next week.
8. PAMPA VS ANDREWS

FRI: 7PM ENMU STADIUM, PORTALES NEW MEXICO
Well well... Some New Mexico Football for the 806! Pampa really put it on Gainseville in their 56-28 win and when their passing game is clicking, lookout as they can really run it up in a hurry. Andrews can hang with Pampa as they defeated Canyon and Hereford this season as well. Should be a game down to the last possession..Unless Pampa Gets hot...
4A DII
9. ESTACADO VS GRAHAM

FRI: 7PM WILDCAT STADIUM, (ACU) ABILENE TX
The Mighty Matadors, led by Coach Cluley in his second year are undefeated and they are ready for any challenge or team coming their way. So, here comes Graham; a team that has a long history with Estacado and a team that the Matadors knocked out last year. The Matadors have improved from last year and look like they should really dominate this game in the trenches. Discipline and attention to detail will be very instrumental as to who wins this game. I got Estacado by seven,
10. DALHART VS IOWA PARK
FRI: 7PM LOWERY FIELD, LUBBOCK TX
This game will be one of attrition; who can wear the other teams' line out to establish the run game and dominate that way. Dalhart has faced some stiff competition this season so they will be ready. My question is.. Will they have enough firepower to pull it out..
3A DI
11. BUSHLAND VS WHITESBORO

FRI: 7PM HAWKS STADIUM, IOWA PARK TX
How about Bushland making quick work of Tornillo in the first round?!?! Very impressive work and now here comes Eastland..Wait.. I mean Whitesboro, who upset Eastland last week and they haven't lost all year away from home; the true definition of Road Warriors! The Bearcats will have a team unlike any other to play on Friday as Bushland runs one of the fastest and most efficient offenses in Texas. Bushland should pull away late and win by 14 points.
12. SHALLOWATER VS WALL
FRI: 7PM TIGER STADIUM, SNYDER TX
Shallowater comes into this game ready to take on the number one ranked team in Texas in 3ADI in Wall. Can Shallowater keep it close to pull off an historic upset this weekend? We will soon find out. Good luck to the Mustangs!
13. DENVER CITY VS BROCK

THU: 7PM SHOTWELL STADIUM, ABILENE TX
Denver City is now 10-1 and handled a River Road team last week en route to a 55-22 victory, headed by a great running attack! Their next challenge is Brock; a team that has big success every year and is battle-tested. Denver City has caught up to the pack in 3A DI and will give the Brock Eagles a serious test. Can Denver City get a huge win for them and their community? I'm betting on it.
14. SLATON VS PILOT POINT

FRI: 7:30PM LIONS STADIUM, VERNON TX
Slaton comes into this game on fire as they won their first playoff contest 41-12 against their rivals of Brownfield. Slaton is loaded with speed, talent, and the Tigers have another team that is just as good as they are in Pilot Point. The Tigers will need to slow down the Bearcats and get some points on the board early...

3A DII
15. CANADIAN VS COAHOMA

FRI: 7PM GREG SHERWOOD STADIUM, PLAINVIEW TX
Canadian is one of the best teams in Texas, regardless of classification. Coahoma had a great year, but the Wildcats will roar big on Friday Night in victory as Canadian keeps pushing towards another title.
16. ABERNATHY VS CHILDRESS

FRI: 7PM KIMBROUGH STADIUM, CANYON TX
Childress and Abernathy had a great game last year that saw Abernathy pull it out with a couple of dynamite plays from Bryson Daily and an outstanding performance by their defense as well. This season it looks as if Abernathy has the advantage and should flex their muscles in a 17 point win.
17. FRIONA VS ALPINE

SAT: 2:30PM MUSTANG STADIUM, ANDREWS TX
Friona has caught fire and their fast-paced play has caused some fast problems for defenses this year. Now, this guy... Jacob Bautista had 354 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns against Anson last week and also broke Friona's season rushing record. Alpine is a team that plays with pace as well. But one thing Alpine doesn't want to do is get into a scoring contest with Friona.. That won't end well for the Fighting' Bucks.
2A DI
18. NEW DEAL VS HAWLEY

THU: 7PM TIGER STADIUM, SNYDER TX
New Deal has been at the top of the pecking order for a long time in 2A. Remember they were the team that went to state and represented Region I last season. This season has been a little more challenging and they will face one of the hottest trams in 2A DI when they take onundefeated Hawley Thursday Night. Can New Deal slow down the Bearcats' attack, or will the Lions be eliminated on Thursday? We are all rooting for New Deal, but it will be a tough game for them to pull out.
19. POST VS OZONA

FRI: 7PM BUFFALO STADIUM, STANTON, TX
Post is the hottest 2A team in West Texas. The Bold Gold went out and handled business in the first round with a blowout win over Sanford-Fritch and now will take on Ozona's Lions on Friday Night. Ozona likes to pound the ball as well, but that won't be the way to beat Post. I see the Antelopes with a win by at least 17 points.

20. SUNDOWN VS LINDSAY

FRI: 7PM JIM NED HIGH SCHOOL, TUSCALOOSA, TX
Sundown lost two tough games in their district to Post and New Deal and it seems like those losses have helped them as they knocked off favored Panhandle in the first round, 60-56! Cade Conway and the aerial assault led by Christian Huey will be tough for a lot of teams to deal with in the postseason. I have a feeling that Sundown's speed may be too much for the Knights as I see the Roughnecks pulling this one out late.
21. SUDAN VS VEGA

FRI: 7PM BOBCAT STADIUM, DIMMITT TX
This game has shootout written all over it! Both teams can get up and down the field in a hurry and both teams mirror each other. Sudan hasn't played as tough of a schedule as Vega, but when you're in this round of the playoffs, everyone is tough. Christian Montes is the best player on the field and the Hornets will need him to have another spectacular performance in order to get this win against Vega,
22. GRUVER VS VAN HORN

FRI: 7PM PEOPLES BANK STADIUM, WOLFFORTH TX
Gruver showed the heart of a champion last Friday and knocked out 1 seed Tahoka, 44-41 after they were up at one time 30-0. Injured and not at full-strength, the Greyhounds will still win this game by a bunch; Their district is just too tough!
23. WINK VS RALLS

SAT: 3PM LOWERY FIELD, LUBBOCK TX
Ralls has had one hiccup this season and that was a loss to Tahoka. But the JackRabbits have bounced back and their win over Clarendon in the Bi-District round was a huge one! Now Ralls will have Wink this Saturday in virtually a home game at Lowery Field in Lubbock, Look for Jerry Flores to have a big day along with that line and for Ralls to pull this one out!
24. STRATFORD VS MCCAMEY

THU: 6PM LOWERY FIELD, LUBBOCK TX
Stratford should have an easy time with this game and blow the Badgers out. The Elks are primed for a state title run...
24. WELLINGTON VS CHRISTOVAL

FRI: 7PM MUSTANG BOWL, SWEETWATER TX
Wellington will win this one by 50+ points as they did last year. John Holcomb, a Texas Tech 2020 commit, has put his game into another gear...
25. WEST TEXAS VS SEYMOUR

FRI: 7PM FAIR PARK COLISEUM CHILDRESS TX
West Texas is putting up basketball numbers on offense and gaining national attention in the process. They were on ESPN on Saturday displaying some dazzling moves as well. The Comanches shut out Seymour last season and may do the same this time too, Staying healthy is the key for West Texas as a huge game is in the balance next week. The motto: One at a time...
26. WHEELER VS ELDORADO

FRI: 7PM LOBO STADIUM, LEVELLAND TX
Wheeler defeated Archer City in a game where they got up a bunch, and then had to hold off Archer City's comeback attempt. I think Wheeler is going to beat Eldorado and it will take a superior team to knock out the Mustangs; they are really good this year!
