Kobie is a true freshman with offers from Oklahoma and Texas Tech, who he has committed to on February 24th. He is built like a tank and made major plays damn-near every week for the Lubbock-Cooper Pirates last season. The Pirates have a real shot at playing in Dallas in the State Semifinals and the State Championship in 5A DII and he will be a key piece to the championship puzzle!
