806 2-4A BLOG: ITS 2-4A VS 8-4A: FOR A TITLE SHOT SATURDAY

So, it comes down to this. It’s finally here for our last two teams standing in 2-4A; the Estacado Matadors and the Seminole Indians. Seminole played big-boy ball in an convincing win over Lamesa, 58-41 on Tuesday while Estacado won 78-71 over a great opponent in Perryton who gave the Mats’ fits all night.  Estacado will play first in the 4A Regional Tournament at 7:00pm tomorrow against Midlothian Heritage; a team that is 30-5 on the season and 12-1 in district play, good enough for first place in 8-4A.
